Fantastic hidden gem. Door in the back and you can miss it. Great food. Great drinks. Fun chill atmosphere and most inexpensive drinks in big sky. Check it out. And make sure to say hello to Nate and leave a sticker in the bathroom.

Brilliant and busy bar in Bozeman, just off the high street. Live music, open Mic nights, great selection of beers, IPA, and the food we saw taken to tables looked good. Not expensive by the rest of Bozemans prices. Lots of local folks, of all ages enjoying the vibe, pool tables and eclectic wall coverings and graffiti. We enjoyed the North Dakota Steelers??playing a selection of country and blues music.

one of my favorite bars in Bozeman- live and local music for free, good cheap bar food, cheap drinks, cozy casual vibes, and a pool table. Justin is one of my favorite bartenders in town (as a bartender of 8 years myself, i also grew up in Bozeman.) they have another bartender that’s kinda off and often tries to not give people their change, (even when it’s a lot!) so be aware. that person aside i still love this bar and recommend it to everyone. love this bar, and frequent here weekly.

Five stars all around for a local legend. You must get a Lanny burger, local beef with homemade fries and an ice cold beer. The atmosphere is the very best local bar with zero pretentiousness about the legend it is. Long live the Hauf.

Finally made it over here after hearing good things from the bartenders up at Bridger Bowl. Taking the trip from America's "only open air asylum" (Livingston), I stopped here with my cousin, but he was being pretentious, and wanted to go to a chain restaurant. I asked why the heck would be going to Bozeman just to go to a chain restaurant? I don't want to be reminded of what Bozeman has become and sit in a new building that looks like ever other one..I want to be reminded of what once was, and still is, by soaking in the ambiance of a classic one of a kind place with character and old bones and history-so off he went for his NPC meal, And I stayed in ordered one of the burgers I had been hearing good things about, along with the few Modelos to pass the time. The food was great, and the bartender was too, and there was an assortment of people of all ages coming through and going, some picking up food, some playing game of pool and eating, then leaving. An older couple stopped through to pick up a food order, and the lady was sad they didn't make pasties anymore. I thought it was cool that they once did, but judging by just about every person there ordering food, a lot of people come there for the delicious but reasonable priced food and good ambiance.
