Wonderful and relaxing stay at Lone Mountain Ranch. Staff was attentive, cabin was rustic with all modern conveniences, food was hearty & delicious. Make the extra effort to have drinks, or dine, at the Auric Room… a private speakeasy on property. Close to Big Sky resort with shuttle service to and from LMR for easy access to skiing.

Our stay at Lone Mountain Ranch was truly unforgettable. The cozy cabin was the perfect retreat, and we loved spending evenings by the crackling fire. The highlight, hands down, was the sleigh ride dinner. The scenery was breathtaking, and the live music playing softly upon our return created a magical atmosphere. We also had a delightful time feeding the friendly goats with the carrots provided by the ranch. The staff, particularly Walter, a funny and kind driver, Harris, a friendly man at the front desk, and Brian, a open and truly caring waiter at the Horn & Cantle, were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Their genuine hospitality added a special touch to our stay. Overall, Lone Mountain Ranch is a hidden gem. The combination of stunning natural beauty, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service made it an incredibly relaxing and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return!

BEST TRIP OF MY LIFE 🤍 LMR is so beautiful and everyone on staff is so kind. The hospitality was 11/10. It felt like we were all a part of one big family. The cabins were beautiful, everything tasted delicious, and there was so much to do!! And I have to admit, the #1 Nordic skiing in the US sure did impress. Thank you for hosting us LMR!
