I went into the store with my brother expecting to just browse for a wedding boot for him and to get my boots cleaned. With the amount of boots that they have one would think that it would be overwhelming however, Jake quickly came to the rescue and quickly helped my brother pick out two boot options that matched his wedding suit and style perfectly all while he was restoring my boots. Jake offered to order a fresh pair of each boot to the store, knowing how important the shoe was to him, and we were able to go in and try it on upon delivery. To top it off Jake helped me find the perfect brown boot for myself after listening to my style preference. We weren’t expecting to find anything and left with 3 pairs because of Jake!
