Whether you are interested in hosting a small business meeting or a large trade show, MSU is able to accommodate groups with several meeting spaces for events ranging from 3 to 8,000 people. LOCATION
Montana State University is situated within the traditional, yet contemporary, town of Bozeman; tucked away in a valley surrounded by mountain ranges on all four sides. The University is approximately 15 minutes from the Gallatin Field Airport, and downtown Bozeman is a brief 20-minute stroll through the tree-lined streets of our historic home district. A simple way to get to and from campus is to catch a ride on the Streamline, Bozeman's free bus service, which uses MSU as their central hub.

MSU Conference Services offer a wide variety of benefits to their meeting and event guests. The affordable accommodations in the residence halls, full-service catering, and plentiful event, meeting and classroom space are just a few attributes that make Montana State University such a welcoming atmosphere for any group. In addition to all of the typical amenities a full-service conference facility offers, the University boasts unique traits that make it even more appealing to guests. They are able to access the newly constructed fitness facility, a state-of-the-art teleconferencing center, and an indoor recreation area that offers bowling and billiards. Another attraction right at the University's doorstep that draws both locals and visitors alike to the campus is the "Museum of the Rockies", a world-class natural history museum.
ACCOMMODATIONS
With seven residence halls on campus, we are able to provide affordable housing for any size group. Guest rooms are available for group reservations from mid-May to mid-August. Each hall has laundry facilities, linen exchange service, television lounges, local access telephones, in-room Ethernet connections and conveniently located restroom facilities on each floor.
MEETING & EQUIPMENT SERVICES
The Event Services staff at MSU understands the importance of technical support in holding a successful event. They offer complete AV support including screens, projectors, microphones, house sound, house lighting, custom sound, custom lighting, staging, power, and a friendly staff to assist you in operating it all. Additionally, there are public access computer stations and wireless service throughout the majority of the facilities on campus, including the residence halls.
