Set Yourself Up

Being an extreme "set yourself up for success" mother, I pride myself on being prepared.

This picture illustrates why I think renting baby gear on vacation makes sense. See my son in his travel system with a luggage cart full of our gear? We were stuck in the Denver airport during a snowstorm. Not only were there sub-zero temperatures outside, I was alone and had to get him & all of our gear to a hotel for the night!

If you've been there before and are concerned about packing all of the gear for your baby's needs, fear not! We've got you covered. Mountain Baby Outfitters LLC will make that process easier for you and your family when you travel to the great state of Montana.

Please visit our How It Works page and take a look at our products. I will rent everything you need for a day or a week, bring it to you and come pick it up. Mountain Baby Outfitters LLC was created to avert all of the unneeded stress and make your vacation as worry-free as possible.

How It Works


1. Select Products:

  • Please view our products & pricing to determine what equipment you need and for how long and add to shopping cart.
  • If you need to make a reservation within 48hrs of your arrival date, please call ASAP to confirm equipment availability.

2. Reserve + Pay:

  • A Forty-five dollar ($45.00) minimum order is required (not including the delivery fee).
  • A $250 deposit is required and fully refundable upon return of all rented equipment. This will be charged at Check Out.
  • All fees and deposit are due at the time your reservation is made.
  • Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

3. Arrange delivery:

  • Please fill out our Delivery/Pickup Form
  • All deliveries are made between 10:00am - 3:00pm, unless otherwise specified.
  • We can accommodate special delivery requests (location and/or times) on a case-by-case basis, based upon our schedule.
  • Delivery fee is $35 for the following locations: Bozeman and Belgrade.
  • Delivery fee is $135 for the following locations: Big Sky.
  • An additional $15 fee will apply for same day service.
  • These fees will be added to your shopping cart total prior to completing order.

4. Arrange pickup:

  • All rental items should be ready for pickup by 10:00am on day of departure unless previous arrangements have been made.
  • All rental items need to be ready for pickup at the original delivery location, unless previous arrangements have been made.

6. To complete order:

  • Order must be completed through shopping cart and the Delivery/Pick Up Form and Rental Agreement Form received by Mountain Baby Outfitters. Upon receipt of these items, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours.
