Our stay at the Residence Inn Downtown Bozeman was fantastic! We had originally booked a 1-bedroom suite, but upon check-in, the staff informed us there was an issue with the heat. To our surprise, they upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite at no extra charge. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-appointed—perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the pool, which quickly became the highlight of their stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and their proactive approach to resolving the issue left a great impression. We highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Bozeman!

The hotel was very nice. It was a cool experience thought people had left clothes in the dresser from before. It was really calming and relaxing to stay there. The only thing that was not so great was the cleaning crew. They were very pushy when it came to checkout time, and we had left before it was our actual checkout time. Theu also did not change towels when we had left the sign on the door. Other than that, it was a really great experience overall.

I was traveling through for work. This hotel is great. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint is that the TV wouldn't accept my firestick 4k.

Great location, down the road from but not right next to the highway. Quiet room, clean and modern. My only complaint is the handicap room had a tub with a tall side wall some one in a wheelchair could not get into, nor the extra bathroom with the walk in shower, has a step up into which was not accessible for a disabled person
