Our 1st time here and from the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. The hostess was very friendly, we waited a short time for our table, but I loved the military theme and the table set for those soldiers that sadly never came home. Our server Andrew was amazing and so friendly. He was extremely busy but did acknowledge us and said he would be with us shortly. We have the best service. I highly recommend this place and if you are here visiting, this is a must try. I had the chili, and it did not disappoint. My Husband had the pulled pork and it was delicious. They have a large beer menu and the desserts looked amazing but we were so full, we didn't get any dessert.

We drove down from Helena to meet a friend who came back to Montana for just a few days from Tennessee. We wanted a place with good food. Sidewinders certainly fit the bill! Based on the reviews we had to try the chicken pot pie and the French onion soup. Both were delicious. I would agree it was probably the best I've ever had of both. (At $26 it was also probably the most expensive chicken pot pie I've ever had, too. But then again, this was in Bozeman.). Our waiter was very attentive and suggested a great beer from Livingston. Saved me having to spend time selecting from the 64 beer they offer! We ended the meal with a delicious cup of decaf coffee and shared the featured dessert- a nice piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and four little piles of whipped cream on the corners of the plate. Oh, our visiting guest had the French dip. The meat is thinly sliced prime rib and she said it melted in her mouth! So certainly excellent food altho a little pricey.. but great service, too. Would definitely go back!

Second visit. We went on Labour Day and got a table right away, next to the bathrooms although the restaurant wasn't full. It took forever to get our food. We had Burger and Buffalo Chicken Wings. The BCW were ok, meaty but not necessarily tasty. Sauce was not creamy an too thin. The burger was great.

This is a great little spot for lunch or dinner or in between. They’re always constantly busy because they have a good menu, atmosphere is good and the table service is usually always quite nice. Parking can be a struggle, but you’ll find a spot. If you have never been here before I’d recommend it.

This is a great restaurant, friendly staff and the food was excellent! I ordered the country fried steak and it was outstanding. The gravy is very flavorful. My son ordered the cowboy mac and cheese and he loved it. We have been on an excursion and we're 5 days in when we stopped here. It is the best food we've had so far. Highly reccommend
