Beall Park Recreation Center is available for the public to rent for meetings, dinners, receptions and other special occasions. Reservations may be made up to 12 months in advance.

To Rent This Facility:

• We recommend that you check your residency status before you make your reservation.
• There are two ways to rent this facility:
  • You can view availability and make an online reservation. You may only reserve this facility online more than one week in advance. If it is less than one week, you must reserve in person.
  • Download the forms below and come to our office at the Story Mill Community Center (600 Bridger Drive). If you are a nonprofit please make your reservation in person in order to get the nonprofit rate.

Other Information:

• • A security/cleaning deposit of $200 is required and will hold your reservation.
  • Facility Refund Policy: When a reservation is cancelled or a change is requested more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, a $25 processing fee will be held from the deposit. If the cancellation or change occurs 14 days or less, the full deposit will be held back.
  • This facility can be rented:
    • Friday from 5 pm - 11 pm
    • Saturday and Sunday from 9 am - 11 pm
  • Beall Floor Plan
  • Tables and chairs are provided at the Beall Center:
• • 12 -5' (60'") round tables
  • 4 -8' rectangular tables
  • 75 chairs
