My wife and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary at Heist. The appetizers are some of the best we've ever had and the entrees were excellent. Great music helped the ambiance. The wait staff and kitchen outdid were great. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself in Bozeman.

We had Stephanie serving us! Amazing! Just something I needed to know in Bozeman, yes , it’s expensive (around 175$ both) but totally worth every penny. The chef is amazing. And food was amazing too.

Superb elegant restaurant in the middle of downtown Bozeman. I couldnt say enough good things. All of the staff was extremely knowlegable and made the best suggestions of what to try. I loved that all of the flavors stood out in every plate. You could taste that everything was from scratch. Chef did a top notch job and I got to enjoy watching them cook the meats as well. Wine paired perfectly with my steak which was a local cut. Halibut was cooked to perfection as well. I have a huge sweet tooth so I had to try 3 options and the flavors worked so well together. I ate everything! 10 out of 10 thank you for the amazing experience!

This was a really great place to eat. The food was perfectly made, and the service was pretty good. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing even though there were a lot of people there. This was my number one favorite place to eat in Bozeman. It is a little pricey but if you can afford it I would go. The parking can be a bit tricky, but it is on a main street, so it's understandable and still worth the visit.

Loved our elegant dining experience at this wonderful restaurant. We chose to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was incredible, super high end vibes, and the staff were professional and attentive. The bar tenders made my espresso martini PERFECTLY. The crab bisque needed a little salt and pepper, but the rest of our food was spectacular. The steaks, sides, and especially the dessert! **chef’s kiss**
